Service Description

Ground knowledge is notorious for being the most difficult and mundane parts of training. It doesn't have to be though. Creating a personalized and interesting lesson plan is how I will ensure I am helping you learn and succeed. New students will get the first hour for free to set up a training plan, go over your goals and ensure that I am a good fit to be your instructor. To receive the first hour discount on your first lesson, use the voucher "new student" at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy: There are no penalties or fees for being late to a scheduled lesson. However, if a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be cancelled and considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the lesson must be rescheduled, with the first rescheduling being free of charge. Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson to avoid it being considered a no-show. Students are allowed one free rescheduling of a lesson. Subsequent cancelations or reschedules will incur a fee of $25. If three consecutive cancelations occur, the remaining lessons will be forfeited without a refund, and no endorsements will be given for the lessons received. Lessons may be discontinued if a break is needed or if a situation arises where the lesson cannot be completed as planned. In such cases, the remaining time of the lesson will be credited towards the next scheduled lesson without any fee or penalty. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding my cancellation policy, as it allows me to optimize my schedule and provide quality instruction to all students.
