c. Confidentiality and Security: The Company shall maintain the confidentiality and security of the Student's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and industry standards. Reasonable measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of such information.

 

d. Data Retention: The Company shall retain the Student's personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. After the retention period, the Company will securely dispose of or anonymize the personal information in a manner that protects the Student's privacy.
